Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Windlight Labs (“Instantly”, “we”). Instantly watches publicly available news sources, groups reports about the same event, and uses AI to write summaries, articles and translations with links to the original sources. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Stories, key points, translations, relevance scores, some political-leaning estimates, and answers in Ask are generated by AI. They can contain mistakes. Instantly is for general information and isn't financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. For anything important, check the original sources linked under every story.

You can use Instantly without an account. If you create one, keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 13 (or older where local law requires) to use Instantly.

Please don't:

• scrape, copy or redistribute Instantly content at scale;
• try to break, overload or reverse engineer our servers;
• use Instantly to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

The Instantly app, name and logo belong to Windlight Labs. Original reporting belongs to the publishers we link to, and photos to the credited owners. If you believe content on Instantly infringes your rights, write to legal@windlight.si and we'll respond promptly.

Instantly is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it fast and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, complete, timely or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Windlight Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on content in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
